From careful file preparation to on-press management to unique binding options, we will make sure that all aspects of your project meet—or exceed—your expectations.
We also provide outstanding customer service, assisted by our new Material
Information System (MIS) that helps us track everything from your initial
estimate to our actual shop floor data to accounting and invoicing. Our
goal is to always deliver a quality product in the most efficient way possible.

Pre-Press/Pre-Media Services
Proper file preparation is essential to the printing process, so Monroe
Litho uses the latest software for programs from Quark to the Adobe Creative
Suite and more. Our state-of-the-art equipment, including the Kodak Magnus
Quantum 800 platesetter, ensures top quality in our computer-to-plate
technology.
We offer digital proofing and soft proofing services, and our color management
system is designed to accurately link our proofing and press operations.

On Press
Our Heidelberg and Komori presses run 24 hours a day, producing everything
from brochures to exquisite “coffee table” books. We also
use IntelliTrack scanning to help with color management on press.
What’s most impressive about our pressroom isn’t even the
high-tech equipment—it’s our pressmen! These experienced
professionals have been with Monroe for an average of 16 years. That
means your project is in the hands of people who really know their stuff … who
are concerned about quality … and who know how to do it right!
Digital Printing
We offer digital printing services for short-run projects or those that
require variable data printing.
Bindery
Our bindery offers standard services like cutting, folding, stitching.
We also provide additional in-house services such as custom die cutting,
mechanical binding, hole drilling, perforating, and shrink-wrapping.
Mailing/Fulfillment/Distribution
Monroe Litho Distribution Services (MLDS) employs the EFI/ Logic Printers
Site Fulfillment Software. EFI is the world leader in software applications
for printers offering robust operating packages to its users to support
most requirements. Our system allows us to create an exclusive Secure
Branded site for customers with extensive levels of reporting and inventory
management controls. All levels of mail services are available through
MLDS with all appropriate reporting functions.
