The Monroe Litho Story...
Our History Monroe Litho was created in 1945 to serve local customers with quality printing and mailing services. Over the next 25 years, Monroe gained a reputation as a dependable provider of typesetting, one- and two-color printing, and mailing services. In the early 1970s, we began to offer four-color printing. By the mid-1980s, we had created a national reputation for a high level of service and quality.
The company has grown steadily, constantly attracting a talented labor force and installing top-quality equipment and technology. We've won many national quality awards and certifications from customers such as Ortho Pharmaceuticals, ADP, Kodak, Xerox, and Bausch & Lomb.
The Monroe Litho Promise To be successful, we must offer services that meet or exceed customers' needs, at a fair price. We will work with you to get all information necessary to make sure that we understand your requirements. We will work with our suppliers and subcontractors to make sure that all purchased materials and services fully meet your needs. Our vision is to build a long-term relationship that ensures that the quality of our products, services, and integrity is never compromised.
The Monroe Litho Philosophy We will operate as a premier graphic communications company that embraces ideas and concepts - and provides the value chain of services, solutions, and products necessary to fulfill our customers' vision.
Monroe Litho Quality Monroe Litho follows the guidelines of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) - an ISO-parallel 9001 system which requires step-by-step process verification to ensure that your order is properly manufactured. This system is maintained by our full-time Vice President of Quality Assurance, who is also an American Society for Quality (ASQ) Certified Quality Manager and an ASQ Senior Member.
We are also proud of the many certifications we hold: we are the only printer worldwide to hold the "Certified Supplier" status with Eastman Kodak Company. We're an official testing facility for Mead/Westvaco sheetfed papers, and we're recognized as a prime printing supplier to Bausch & Lomb.
